- During the return process, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Incorrect Products:
- If you receive the wrong products or packages, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant photos as evidence.
- We will provide full refunds or resend the correct items based on the actual situation to ensure your rights are protected.

4. Undelivered Packages:
- Lost during transportation: Please understand that international shipping may not have a 100% delivery rate due to the long distances involved. If you notice a lack of updates in the tracking information for several days, it may indicate the risk of a lost package. Please contact us promptly, and we will arrange a new shipment or issue a refund for you.
- Delivered but not received: This may be due to your local postal service placing your package in an incorrect location. Please contact your local postal service to confirm the delivery status.
- Incorrect recipient information: If you provided incorrect recipient information, such as address or phone number, resulting in the inability to receive the package, we will not be liable for any losses. Refunds or reshipments will not be accepted, and any additional expenses will be borne by the customer. Please ensure your recipient information is correct.

5. After-sales Period:
- We will provide after-sales support within 7 days after package delivery. We will not provide after-sales assistance beyond this period. If you encounter any issues after receipt, please contact our customer service team promptly.

- All returned items must undergo our review and confirmation before processing.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving and verifying the returned items. The actual arrival time may be delayed due to bank processes.
